A Life Coach is someone who, rather than focusing on the past,
works with a person to move from the present to the future
focusing on the goals they wish to achieve to lead the life that

I am a qualified Life Coach and am accredited with the
International Institute of Coaching (AWC). I am also registered
on the International Coaching Register (ICR).
I have worked as a professional youth worker since 1991. I hold a BA Hons. Degree in Sociology as well as qualifications in Drugs Counselling and Intervention Skills and Youth and Community Work. I have also undertaken training in Advanced Facilitation Skills and Child Protection.
I have also worked extensively in the area of Drugs Education/Prevention and Intervention with young people, parents, families and other professionals. I have facilitated a drugs awareness programmes in various secondary schools in Cork over the last 10 years. These are designed to challenge and inform both young people and their parents.
